Director - KSA

Mohammed holds the position of Director – Compliance (Head of KSA) and is based in Riyadh (KSA) office of j. awan & partners.

Mohammed’s experience is gained over a successful 8-year career working in Saudi Arabia’s investment, insurance, and telecommunications industries. Mohammed began his career in financial services working within the asset management operations team at HSBC Saudi Arabia. He then worked in the firm’s compliance department where he progressed to the role of Regulatory Compliance Officer. Prior to joining the firm Mohammed held the role of a Compliance Officer at Alistithmar Capital.

Mohammed has completed the CME-1, CME-2 exam, CCP, and advanced certificates in compliance and AML. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University and a First-Class Honours Diploma of Accounting from the Institute of Public Administration Saudi Arabia.
